    Mirouço e Amado

Located between the also beautiful, beaches of Mirouço and Amado, the beach of Murração is known for its rocks and also for its extensive sand in communion with a wild natural landscape. For swimming, the central area is the best option since there are numerous rocks immersed in both sides. Access is made via a dirt road, off the national road. This is one of the rare beaches where you can see the vegetation of the dunes extending to the sea line.

     Zavial Beach, Vila do Bispo

This beach is located at the mouth of a large valley, where the Ribeira dos Outeiros flows. Known mainly for its long waves, it invites to practice surfing and other water sports.

On the cliff, at a short distance, are the Ruins of the Fort and the Battery of Zavial, dating from the seventeenth century. But what makes Zavial one of the best beaches in the Algarve is not only surf and culture but also the fact that it is surrounded by high cliffs that shelter from the winds, protecting those who choose to spend the day at the beach. Without urban or tourist projects close by, you can serve nature at its best.
