The plot is close to a nature reserve to the north of Moncarapacho and it has not been cultivated or inhabited for a number of years.  The existing ruin is 360m² and a building project has been approved for a villa of 260m², sitting in the middle of a generous-sized plot of 18,520m², with a sea view. The villa has been especially designed to blend in with the landscape and consists of a living room, kitchen, utility room, four bathrooms, four bedrooms and a cloakroom.
